sub_grade is the loan's credit grade. A1 is lowest risk; G5 is highest risk.
Value at 0% is the average dollar-for-dollar return of this loan, i.e. Net Present Value calculated at 0%.
Var at 0% is the variance of the return.
Default Probability is the chance of default expressed as a quantity between 0 and 1.
